On September 15th, I was honoured to host a Town Hall on Electoral Reform. Over 90 participants attended and engaged in a vibrant discussion about the future of Canada’s democracy. I am very pleased to share with you the notes from the town hall that will be submitted to the Special Committee on Electoral Reform. This town hall – along with others from across the country – will contribute to the parliamentary committee’s deliberations as they prepare their report and recommendations to Parliament, which is expected to be ready by December 1st 2016.

Once again, thank you to all who participated! A special thank you goes out to Dr. Jonathan Rose, who kindly agreed to moderate this important event.
Below you will find notes taken from the town hall.
